The Minnesota Vikings don't expect any brotherly love when they put their undefeated record on the line against the Philadelphia Eagles in week 7 NFL action.

The Minnesota Vikings had a well deserved bye week in week 6, after a dominant 31-13 victory over the Houston Texans to improve to 5-0 on the year. Sam Bradford continued his remarkable start to the season, completing 22 of 30 pass attempts for 271 yards and a pair of touchdowns to bring his total to 6 this season, with no interceptions. There was a split in the workload out of the Vikings backfield, with Matt Asiata leading the charge, putting up 55 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries while also catching 3 passes for 46 yards. Jerick McKinnon was the benefactor of a team high 20 carries, only logging 38 yards of his own. Adam Thielen had his breakout game of the season, hauling in 7 passes for 127 yards and a touchdown while Cordarrelle caught 4 passes of his own for 39 yards and a touchdown. The Texans had no answer for the stifling Vikings defense, putting up only 214 yards of total offense. The Vikings defensive effort was highlighted by sacks from Danielle hunter, Tom Johnson, and a pair from defensive end Brian Robison to go along with an interception by safety Andrew Sendejo.

The Philadelphia Eagles dropped their second straight game since the bye week, this time a 27-20 division defeat at the hands of the Washington Redskins. Carson Wentz completed only 11 of his 22 passes for 179 yards while getting sacked a total of 5 times on the day. Ryan Mathews logged a total of 60 yards on 9 carries to lead the Philadelphia ground attack while Darren Sproles saw a limited workload, getting 4 carries for 20 yards. Jordan Matthews led the Eagles once again, with 3 receptions for 75 yards while Nelson Agholor racked up 34 yards on 3 receptions of his own. The game ball for the Eagles on the day goes to their defense and special teams, which were responsible for all 20 points, including a pair of field goals from Caleb Sturgis, an 86-yard kick return td for Wendell Smallwood and an interception returned 64 yards to the house by Malcolm Jenkins.

Minnesota is 16-5 ATS in their last 21 road games and 24-8 ATS in their last 32 vs. the NFC while the under is 16-6-1 in their last 23 games overall. Philadelphia is 1-7 ATS in their last 8 week 7 matchups and 2-6 in their last 8 vs. the NFC while the over is 9-3 in their last 12 games overall. Philadelphia is 5-2 ATS in the last 7 meetings between these two teams.

The Eagles are starting to slide and that's not good news going up against a Minnesota team that is firing on all cylinders on both sides of the football right now. Not to mention Minnesota have developed the road warriors reputation, covering the spread in 16 of their last 21 road games.

Lay the points with the Vikings.
