The Ottawa Senators stay on the road to face the Tampa Bay Lightning in Monday night NHL action.
It's desperation time for Dallas as they fight for the final postseason spot and they picked up a crucial 3-1 victory over visiting Ottawa to end a four ame losing streak. Things started off well enough for the Senators as Erik Karlsson scored at 3 1/2 minutes in to the opening frame for a 1-0 lead. Robin Lehtner's 44 saves still wasn't enough with the Stars posting three straight goals to send the visitors to loss number six in a row. Cody Eakin, Jamie Benn and Trevor Daleyeach scored for the Stars who received 26 saves from Kari Lehtonen.

James Neal scored just under 1 1/2 minutes in to overtime to give Pittsburgh a 4-3 victory over visiting Tampa Bay on Saturday. The special teams played a pivitol role for the Penguins who lit the lamp three times with the man advantage. Evegni Malkin scord twice with Sydney Crosby also scoring and posting a pair of assists while Jeff Zatkoff recorded 21 saves. Ondrej Palat sent the game in to the extra session when he beat Zatkoff with 1:22 remaining in regulation. Valterri Filppula and Steven Stamkos also found the beack of the net with Anders Lindback allowing four goals on 29 shots.
