TV:

We’re now officially three games into the 2014 NHL Stanley Cup Finals, and the official end of the season is very clearly in sight. Fortunately, we’ve still got a little hockey left and a whole lot to look forward to in the 2014-15 campaign. On that note, let’s check out some of the headlines and see what’s happening out there right now.

Jonathan Quick, G, Los Angeles Kings: The Kings moved within one win of another Stanley Cup championship by dominating the Rangers on their home ice in Game 3 last night, leaving New York searching for answers.
Los Angeles took the game 3-0, and are now up 3-0 in the series with a chance to clinch tomorrow night in the Big Apple.
Quick was a brick wall, making a couple of dazzling stops en route to a 32-save effort that put his team over the top. Jeff Carter, Jake Muzzin and Mike Richards each scored, but the team only needed one.
To be fair, two of the goals ricocheted off skates on their way past Henrik Lundqvist on the Rangers’ side. It seemed like all of the puck bounces went Los Angeles’ way, as they have been the entire series.
A Kings Cup win is all but assured, but the Rangers wouldn’t be alone in winning the final four games of a seven-game series after going down 0-3. The 1942 Toronto Maple Leafs did just that, the only team in NHL history to do so.

USA TODAY Sports

Dennis Seidenberg, D, Boston Bruins: It’s been a while since we’ve checked in on Seidenberg, so let’s see how he’s doing now that we have a little bit of new information. The Bruins defenseman had surgery back in January to fix his torn ACL/MCL, and the latest reports say that he’s finished up with healing. Right now his focus is adjusting to his rebuilt knee, which is something he’ll be turning to in the off-season.
Once the time for training camp rolls around, Seidenberg should be all healed up and ready to go. The Bruins will be very happy to have him back out on the ice.
