The Blues face a must win in hostile territory on Wednesday night as they look to even the series against the Wild in Minnesota.

The St, Louis Blues were the trendy pick by a number of people to emerge as this year's Stanley Cup winner but through their first three games against Minnesota they have lost two and were shut out in game three in what is looking like a one sided series. The Blues are a very good team but don't have a ton of playoff experience and that is perhaps taking its toll here as they haven't had much success on the road of late but absolutely must get a win here or else run the risk of getting bounced in the first round once again. St. Louis is a tad overrated in my books but I do think they have the talent to escape a very good Minnesota Wild team and in a must win here I think some of their big guys show up and rival the talent of Minnesota's top end.
The Wild are a very talented team and were victim of an even more competitive Central division this season which is why they landed in a wild card position instead of battling for home ice but that has suited therm just fine so far and they can go up 3-1 with a win tonight. Minny has ridden the play of Zach Parise up top and Ryan Suter at the back but they are so deep and have a goaltender who has been playing with a chip on his shoulder since arriving in the Twin Cities and if Devan Dubnyk continues to outshine Jake Allen this series could be over in a matter of days. While I think the Wild continue to get disrespected I think this is a great price on the visitors who face a must win type game and I think they prevail and head home tied at two games apiece.
