The Montreal Canadiens would have no luck at all if they didn't have handfuls of bad luck through the first three games of this series as they suffered another heart breaking loss last night as Tyler Johnson scored with 0.8 seconds remaining to seal it and now they are backed up against the wall with their season about to go up in flames. The Canadiens were trounced in game two but lost in overtime in game one in controversial fashion as replays suggest that the Bolts were offside on the game winning goal and now Wednesday night's collapse has their fans in disbelief as their Cup aspirations look bleak at this point. Carey Price played much better last night than in game two and he will have to steal one for the Habs here as the offense is a complete write off and probably shouldn't have even gotten on the board last night.
The Lightning had to claw from behind just to force a game seven in the opening round against the Red Wings but they are on a tear at the moment and it doesn't look like they will slow down any time soon heading into what could be a deciding game four that would book their ticket into the next round. The Bolts have really turned things on over the last five games and have gotten a few lucky bounces to boot and as such they can send the Canadiens and the Hart Trophy favourite in Carey Price packing a round earlier than last season which would obviously be a huge win for them and a massive blow to the Habs. It is hard to beat Carey Price in four straight meetings but the Bolts have won all eight, yes EIGHT meetings with the Canadiens this season and I don't think that changes here and to be honest I see this one being much like game two where the Lightning score and don't stop.
