The Coyotes play their second California power in as many nights as they travel from Anaheim to Los Angeles to battle the Kings.
The Coyotes had a pretty impressive start to the season before cooling off a bit and while many had them pegged to land a top three draft spot in the offseason they actually have some decent talent that could surprise some teams this year. The Coyotes sit in fourth in the Pacific division and while some of the traditional powers like Anaheim and more recently with Calgary will start to climb the ladder they still have to be happy with where they are right now and what they have to look forward to. Anthony Duclair continues to put himself in the conversation of rookie of the year alongside team mate Max Domi who have both had very nice stats to their careers and if they can keep rolling and Dylan Strome joins the fold next year they could be quite talented.

The Kings meanwhile have thrived when the rest of the Pacific has stumbled and while they too got off to a slow start they are now atop the division and have won eight of their last 10 contests. Los Angeles should be considered among the best teams in the Western Conference and with the way the Ducks have been playing so far they should be at least favoured to win the Pacific division but this group is thinking much bigger as they vie for yet another Cup title. LA is a good team and catch the Coyotes playing in a back to back but the odds aren't great and the puck line seems risky. I think with Arizona playing last night and having success offensively that this will be a slower game and that we hit the under.
