Roberto Luongo, G, Florida Panthers: The Panthers are on fire these days, and they’re simply not slowing down. Luongo posted 30 saves in a 3-2 victory over the Senators at Canadian Tire Centre, while Jonathan Huberdeau managed two assists.
The Panthers are enjoying a franchise record 11-game win streak. They’re 25-12-4 on the year.
The Senators fall to 19-16-6 with the loss.

Jake Muzzin, D, Los Angeles Kings: Muzzin had six shots on goal and a score last night in a 2-1 victory over the Maple Leafs at Staples Center. Jeff Carter had the game-winner in the third, while Vincent Lecavalier had an assist in his Kings debut.
James Reimer played well on the other side with 39 saves, but couldn’t withstand the onslaught. Jonathan Quick had 25 saves on the other side. If Quick gets one more shutout, he’ll have 41, the most by an American-born goalie in NHL history.
