The Ducks play their second game in as many nights on Thursday against the Coyotes after taking on the Montreal Canadiens last night.
The Arizona Coyotes host the Anaheim on Thursday looking to keep their slim playoff hopes alive and they will have to produce a special effort to take down a Ducks side that has been on a roll of late. Arizona currently sits eight points out of the playoffs and have a huge mountain to climb but with 19 games remaining they are still very much a threat to get in if they can step up big and win some key games against good competition. The Coyotes are a woeful 11-18-2 on the road this season but have been better at home with a 16-12-4 mark but with Anaheim having success wherever they play the Coyotes know it’ll be a tough out. Louis Domingue is expected to get the start while Anaheim can expect Frederik Andersen to counter.

The Ducks meanwhile head into this game after playing at home against Montreal last night in an affair that was tied at a goal apiece after 40 minutes. Anaheim has turned things up of late and are a team to watch out for in the Western Conference and while they got off to a very slow start and still haven’t been able to find a consistent source of offense they are a team that can beat you in a number of different ways. Anaheim should get a decent price as a road team here and taking them in regulation is really the only play we can get in a spot I see them coming away from with two points.
