The Blues look for their second win in as many nights as they take on an Arizona Coyotes side that has been eliminated from playoff contention and will turn their attention to the upcoming draft.
The Arizona Coyotes had a pretty strong first half of the season and put people on notice that they may be a team to watch out for the in Western Conference wild card race and while they ultimately fell short they made some serious strides this season and will be back in the playoff hunt next year. Arizona has a ton of youngsters on the roster as both Max Domi and Anthony Duclair had very good seasons and with Dylan Strome likely to join the mix next season and a potential top end draft pick again this year the Coyotes should be a team to watch for for many years to come. Mike Smith is expected to get the start in this one as he will face off against Brian Elliott for a Blues side that is in the hunt for the top seed in the Western Conference and the Central division crown.

The Blues head home after a convincing win against the Colorado Avalanche yesterday and with just three games remaining and a two point deficit to overcome, St. Louis knows they need a win here in order to keep pace with the Dallas Stars. St. Louis is a very good team top to bottom and match up well with a number of potential foes in the playoffs but you can bet they'd love to take top spot in the division and earn home ice throughout the Western Conference bracket. The Blues can alter between Jake Allen and Brian Elliott as both have been viable options in the crease and with the blue line contingent being what it is the Blues hsould be considered favourites to win the Cup. As for tonight, the Blues are in a great position to get the victory and pull even with the Stars, and while the price isn't great I think St. Louis is a pretty safe bet.
