Derek Lowe (ATL P)- Nice start for Lowe who went 8 shutout innings in the Braves opener. Lowe gave up two hits,struck out 4 and did not give up a walk.
Carlos Zambrano (CHC P)- Zambrano went 6 innings for the opening day victory for the Cubbies.
Cole Hamels (Phi P)- Looks like Cole will get his first start on Friday against Colorado. Hamels has been battling some sore elbow issues.
Dan Uggla (Flo 2B)- Uggla was scratched from the line up Monday due to tightness in his left calf.
B.J. Upton (TB OF)- If all goes well later this week in his Class A rehab in Charlotte, Upton could be back in the Rays lineup for their home opener on April 13.
