Falcao, Van Persie, Rooney, Di Maria, Mata and Herrera surely thats enough attacking players to win any game? Yet Manchester United last week against Leicester City forgot that there are two elements to football, attacking and defending. Do you think Van Gaal will have let them forget that this week? I doubt it very much, I expect United to turn on the style tomorrow and I for one am looking forward to getting down in front of the TV to have a look at Falcao and Van Persie trying to forge a relationship in what should be a beautiful partnership. I expect we may see more of Danny Blind as an out and out left back tomorrow as Blackett will be suspended, this could be a very good move for United with Herrera going deeper to pick up possession and carry it forward. With such an array of options up front though anything we say can only be classified as guess work until Van Gaal settles on a first eleven that he is comfortable with.
On the other side Sam Allardce has a pretty solid starting eleven, he is missing his two best players in Carroll and Nolan but Enner Valencia and Sakho have really stepped up to ensure the English pair are not missed around Upton Park. Overall its been a pretty solid start to the season and I expect West Ham to fancy their chances of a top ten finish this year. Valencia's pace will cause united problems at the back, especially as United have looked anything but solid there this term.
Hard to g with anything but the overs here, but at such a terrible price I was forced to find value elsewhere. Looking at the markets over 1.5 first half goals is the way to go. We were on this bet Wednesday night when Real Madrid netted three in their game midweek, I expect a similar outcome here as Manchester United look to bounce back from that humiliating loss to Leicester City.
