The Line: West Ham United 11/2 Draw 7/2 Manchester City 1/2 See the Latest Odds

TV: Bt Sport 1

On saturday morning we will get a look at how good West Ham truly are as the Hammers play host to the Champions Manchester City at Upton Park. Sam Allardyce and his team have turned things around since early September when alot of fans were calling for Big Sam to resign. Enner Valencia and Sakho have found their scoring boots and West Ham have won three of the last four including an impressive 3-1 win over Liverpool. WEst Ham's additions of Sakho, Valencia and Song have looked like inspired choices by Sam Allardyce at the moment and the hammers fans will be relishing the chance to face Manchester City on Saturday morning after City played in Russia on tuesday and may suffer a little European hangover.

While Manuel Pelligrini is waxing lyrical about his brilliant Argentine striker maybe being the best in the World the rest of the worlds media is wondering why Manchester City struggle so badly in Europe yet are so dominant at home. There is of course a chance that Manchester City win out the remainder of their Champions League games and end up in the last sixteen but they have made it a tough struggle for themselves with their inept performances so far. In the league Manchester City have won three on the trot since drawing with Chelsea and Arsenal in back to back matches. With Chelsea away to Manchester United this weekend this could be an opportunity for City to pick up some points in the race for the title and you can be sure they will not take the threat of West Ham lightly.

I'm taking the overs here. I like the look of this West Ham team going forward at the moment and Manchester City have been uncharecteristically poor at the back with only one clean sheet in their last  seven in all competition. Sakho and Valencia as a combination look more than capable of causing  Manchester City problems and with Aguero on the City team I think West Ham will have their hands full as well. The overs looks a great shout here in a game that should kick off Saturday's football with a bang. Follow me on twitter@antonpippo
