It might be time for Manchester United fans to believe again, they Red devils host Stoke on Tuesday night in Old Trafford and the team is really starting to click. With Wayne Rooney and Robin Van Persie both netting at the weekend and the team making a home win over Hull look like a rudimentary effort things are really starting to take shape for the red devils. Manchester United have been up and down since the appointment of Louis Van Gaal but there are signs recently that things are more up than down. Its not three wins in a row for the reds with an away victory agaisnt Arsenal sandwiched between home wins over Crystal Palace and Hull. The bad news of the loss of Angel Di Maria to a hamstring injury was tempered by the return of Herrera and Ramadal Falcao. Manchester United are looking better and better but they must continue this form and on Tuesday they will face a defensively sound Stoke who were very unlucky to lose to Liverpool at the weekend.
Mark Hughes can rightly feel agrieved for losing at Anfield at the weekend. Stoke were the better team, enjoyed more possession and had more shots on target during the game but just couldnt find the net. Peter Crouch, Johnaton Walters and Mame Diouf will provide different options for the potters in a game that should be entertaining from start to finish. Arnautovich scored a couple of cracking goals last season and one of them was here in Old Trafford against Manchester United. Stoke have lost three of their last five away from home but scored in six of their eight away games so Saturday's goose egg was an exception rather than the rule.
I am really looking forward to this one, we should see Rooney and RVP up top again and I am sure Falcao will get a few more minutes on the pitch as he returns to full fitness. Manchester United are starting to click and are unbeaten at home since losing the opening fixture to Swansea. The performances have been improving as well. We jumped on United -1 at the weekend and were rewarded. I am taking the overs here as I see similar happenings and Stoke look capable of scoring away from home.
