Arsenal travel to Turkey with the match pretty much a rubber duck match as Borussia Dortmund will win the Group with a point at home against Anderlecht and Arsenal have already qualified for the knockout stages. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger may choose to rest some of his starters with a hugh Premier League game against Newcastle this weekend but I do think he will want his team to bounce back from the disappointement of a defeat to Stoke at the weekend. Danny Wellbeck will probably get the start through the center and the former Manchester United striker will be looking to play his way into the starting eleven for next weekend.
Galatasaray have had a disasterous Champions League campaign and stars like Wesley Sneijder will without doubt be looking for the exit signs if this type of disappointment continues. With a great squad including Inana, Yilmaz , Bulut and the aforementioned Sneijder this is a group that Galatasaray should have competed well in. Instead the Turkish Champions are going out in the group stages and will not even have the consolation of Europa League football as no matter the result tonight they will finish bottom of the group.
With nothing really at stake here I am not going to risk much on this game as literally anything could happen. My gut feeling is that Galatasaray give there all for the passionate home support but may not be good enough to get over the line. For interest I am going to take the 2-2 draw at 11/1. A big price but both teams have shown an ability to find the net and a draw is the most likely result between these two in this situation.
