Chelsea host Hull City in Stamford Bridge looking to get their domestic campaign back on track having lost their first game of the season last weekend. Jose Mourhino will be without Cesc Fabregas who is suspended but with Andre Schurrle playing very well midweek against Sporting CP I think it makes sense for Mourhino to bring him into the midfield. Diego Costa will look to get on the scoresheet again for the first time in six games. Costa has been terrific since moving from Athletico Madrid in the summer and his goals per games ratio is almost 1:1 with eleven goals in twelve games, Fabregas as been the architect of alot of those goals so there is no doubt he will be missed tomorrow but with Hazard, Willian, Oscar, Schurrle there is no shortage of talent in the midfield.
After a relatively decent start to the season Hull have been slipping in recent times, and with four losses in their last six have actually slipped into the relegation zone. Back to back draws have sown a glimmer of hope in the Hull fans but a trip here to Stamford bridge ay be a timely reminder of Hull's limitations. Hull have only scored two goals in their last seven games and that is the problem for the Tigers. With Diame, Hernandez and Jelavich all struggling to find the net Hull have looked devoid of ideas up front.
Chelsea look a cut above here and should win this one at a canter especially at home where they are perfect this season seven wins from seven games. I am going to take Chelsea -1 here i might be tempted to take Chelsea -2 as well though I dont generally speaking like taking the -2 market just too many unknowns in a game where Hull could frustrate Chelsea for long periods.
