Copa Del Rey semi final tonight with Barcelona hosting Villareal in the Nou Camp. Neutrals will be hoping for a repeat of the scintillating 3-2 la liga game two weeks ago. In that game Barcelona came from behind twice to eek out a win with a Messi goal after fifty five minutes enough to seal victory. Villareal come into this game with four wins from their last five and their only dropped points was in that 3-2 loss to Barcelona. Vietto will be the key man for the yellow Submarines with ten goals in twenty games he is the top striker in the club and alongside the Dos Santos brothers is probably the most talented player in the squad. Marcelino has added young Arsenal starlet Joel Campbell on loan till the end of the season and his pace could be used here against a Barcelona defence that has been conceding goals of late.
Barcelona are in the midst of their best run of form of the season with ten wins on the trot. During that time Lionel Messi has suddenly exloded into form and has scored ten goals in the last ten games. With Neymar and Suarez playing the assistants at the moment Barcelona look likely to win La Liga if they can continue this form as Real madrid are stuttering at the moment. This should be an interesting game though as Luis Enrique may opt to rest some of his star men. This is the first of three home games in a row before Barca take on Manchester City in the Champions League. Having his full team fit will be a key for Enrique and so some of the squad players may get the start tonight.
I am going to take the overs here. I think Villareal will play a similar brand of attacking football like they did two weeks ago and they showed an ability to score against Barca in that game, Barca have not kept a clean sheet in their last four and Villareal have scored in each of their last twenty seven games.
