With Group A already getting away from them the Netherlands are in a must win game state already, if the World Cup semi finalists fail to beat Turkey tomorrow they will mos likely find themselves nine points behind the Czech Republic and six points behind Iceland. Under Gus Hiddink the netherlands have been unimpressive. Two losses in four games have left them in a hole and they are missing both Arjen Robben and Robin van Persie tomorrow, two of their best players who are currently injured. With Manchester United's Blind, Sneijder and Huntellar there is still the experience and talent to get the win tomorrow and turn this group around but the Netherlands simply must win tomorrow.
Turkey come into this game in need of a win but with a really poor away record. The turks lost to Iceland 3-0 in their first game in the Group and failed to beat Latvia in their last away game. With Altintop, Bulut and Yilmaz there is some creative talent and goalscorers in this Turkey team and both Yilmaz and Bulut will be well aware of the talents of Sneijder as they play alongside him at Galatasaray. This is a tough ask for Turkey though and I think they will come up short here at the Amsterdam Arena.
Taking the Netherlands -1 here on the handicap. Hiddink and his players will be well aware of the importance of this game and will ensure there are no nerves here as I think the dutch put in a huge performance and win this one comfortably.
