One of the games of the night in the Europa League will see Zenit St Petersburgh host Sevilla in a game that is finely balanced from the first leg. Zenit took the lead in Spain and were very unlucky to come away with a loss after Sevilla hit them for two late goals. Andre Villa Boas has assembled a terrific squad and with Hulk, Rondon, Witsel and Danny there is talent in abundance here. Hulk and Rondon have enjoyed a fruitful partnership this year with over twenty goals scored this season and they will look to lead Zenit to a semi final on Thursday night.
Sevilla are one of the most exciting teams in Europe and are currently in terrific form, unbeaten in their last twelve games Sevilla will be through to the last four if they can extend that run to a thirteenth game. Bacca and Gameiro have formed a good partnership upfront for Sevilla and Bacca in particular is having an exceptional season with seventeen league goals already. Sevilla have a solid squad and a couple of exceptionally gifted players, Mbia and Barcelona's on loan youngster Deulofeu can be game winners on their day although the latter is more of an impact sub.
Two really good sides here and what should be an entertaining game between two of the favourites for the competition. I think before the first leg many people thought Sevilla would waltz by Zenit but having watched the first leg and how well Zenit played both the public and the bookmakers are starting to this the Russian side may well hold all the cards here. I'm going to take both teams to score though as i see too much attacking talent here for both not to find the net.
