One of the games of the night in the European 2016 qualifiers will see Group leaders Poland travel to Germany to take on the World Champions. Germany have such a strong squad that is a major surprise that the Germans are struggling in this group but a home draw with Ireland and a loss away to Poland has left Germany trailing the Polish by a point. With Thomas Muller, Goetze, Reus and a whole host if internation superstars in their starting line up it is hard to see why Germany are struggling but they are definitely not playing with the same cohesion as they were in the World Cup. Andre Schurrle looks set to continue his good form for Germany though after a hat trick against Gibraltar last time out. Joachim Lowe will be looking for his side to get the win here in Frankfurt to put them in pole position for qualification to the European Championships.
This is a very good Poland side though led by Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski and Ajax striker Milik. Poland have the majority of their team playing across all the top leagues in Europe but most of their squad are actually based in Germany and this should make for an interesting battle here. Poland were excellent in their 2-0 win over Germany earlier in the Group stages and were full value for the win. Poland will definitely not fear Germany and they will go into this game high on confidence having not lost a game yet during the qualifiers.
While it's tough not to take Germany here at home I just am not inspired by recent German performances. Instead I am going to take the draw here, I think Poland will frustrate the Germans and with a solid defence and goalkeeper I think Poland can come away from this game with a point and keep themselves in pole position in the group.
