The Ukraine look to take on Spain on Monday night with a win giving the Ukraine a chance to get the Automatic spot in Euo 2016. The Ukraine have a good side and have played well in the qualifying group after struggling early on. I think that this Ukraine team will fancy their chances of giving Spain a good game tonight and with a freedom to express themselves the pressure will be off. Knowing that Slovakia play Luxembourg and will more than likely win will leave the Ukraine with a shot to nothing at beating the 2010 World Champions. Konoplyanko, Yarmalenko and Seleznyov will take the game to Spain and these talented attackers are going to be carrying the hopes of their country. The Ukraine will also have a good chance of qualifying directly if they win tonight as the best Third placed team in the qualifying phase.
Spain come into this game having won eight in a row in qualifying. Spain are one of the most talented sides in Europe and with a front three of Pedro, Morata and Silva this is a team that can be lethal going forward. Fabregas and Cazorla are given a free reign to provide the creativity with Busquets protecting the back four. Alcacer came on for the injured Morata at the weekend and scored twice. We have a Spanish side here that is full of attacking talent and they will dominate most games in terms of possession. Spain do not even have Chelsea striker Diego Costa in their panel such is the strength in depth they dont actually miss him. Juan Mata, Manchester United's best player this season is only a sub and really how Spain have marched through this group we can see why this team is going to be one of the Favourites for Euro 2016 next year.
Taking both teams to score here, not a big bet, not alot on the line for Spain so complaceny is possible but I do think Ukraine give a great account of themselves tonight and I just feel like this Spanish side is too talented to not score.
