After a midweek struggle against CSKA Moscow, Manchester United turn their attention back on the Premier League and their next opponents West Bromwich Albion. West Brom managed by Tony Pulis will be a tough nut to crack, the form Manchester United midfielder is known for his sides good defence and strong work ethic. West Brom have some good attacking players as well though with Berahino and Rondon forming a decent partnership at the moment that looks quite threatening and I think they will definitely take the game to United although to be fair to Manchester United they have been excellent defensively this season. West Brom have played five away games this season won three, lost one and drawn one, thats a terrific return and all five games have been under 2.5 goals which is testament to Pulis tactical ability to set up to be difficult to play, especially on the road where the emphasis is on the home team to attack and West Brom have successfully used their pace to counter attack successfully.
Manchester United come into this game with only one loss in their last ten games in all competitions. Louis Van Gaal's side are unbeaten at home with three win's and two draws, three of those games have been under the 2.5goals mark and at the moment Manchester United are not lighting up the scoreboard. Midweek against CSKA they managed just one goal but it was enough for the victory. Wayne Rooney got that winner but many believe the Manchester United captain should make his way to the bench and Martial should start up top. In my opinion the United should change to a 4-4-1-1 system with Rooney playing behind Martial. I think this would be the best for the team or perhaps go to a 3-5-1-1 system. Rooney is too talented to be on the bench but Martial's pace means he should lead the line. Overall I think Van Gaal will get the balance right but it could take a few months.
Either way on this game here it's very hard to look past the unders. I dont normally like playing the unders in games like this though. Manchester United can be anything and could blitz West Brom with an early goal , they have been very unlucky not to score a hatful in the last few games (with the exception being the Manchester City game) Instead I am going to take Anthony Martial to score anytime at 10/11. It's a great price for a striker who has shown he can be lethal when given half a chance and I feel like he may play more through the center on Saturday.
