Bournemouth vs Manchester United 12 Dec 2015: EPL Preview and Predictions
12 December 2015/ 1230ET
Manchester United are playing away this weekend as they make the away trip to Bournemouth. This game will be a chance for Louis Van Gaal and his side to get three points and after a disappointing performance in the Champions League midweek, they will be desperate to win. This game is important for both sides and I think that will result in this encounter being a good one to watch since it has importance to the two teams.
Bournemouth are starting build a reputation as being a side that plays well at home. This team proved this in their last home game where they stopped Everton from winning and got one point. Bournemouth may not be the most talented side in the league but this side has a lot of heart and with a strong home ground support base they will be tough to beat this weekend.
Manchester United come into this game after playing some poor football in the last few weeks. This side has failed to win in their last 4 matched and the confidence of the side will be very low. That being said this team is filled with a number of match winners so it is not all bad news for the Red Devils. The biggest problem that Manchester United have has in recent time is that they have failed to score. This team lacks a quality striker and this is starting to cost them as the drift further and further away from the top of the Premier League table. This match will be important for Manchester United since they will want to get their season back on the right track after a shocking few weeks.
Over I see this being a very low scoring game. Manchester United have struggled to score lately and I expect Bournemouth to park the bus so I doubt that we will be treated to goals. That is why I think that the best bet in this game is going for the under 2.5 goals. There is a very low chance that United will score many goals and Bournemouth may not even try to score this game. This is a good bet and we are getting great value from it. In addition to this I think that the other bet that is worth putting money on is the outright result line. Manchester United have failed to win lately and Bournemouth have been tremendous at home so I think that the home side will hang on for a draw. The draw is paying good money so I think it is a great value bet.
