League one's Scunthorpe United will travel to Stamford Bridge to take on a rejuvenated Chelsea. Chelsea have been coming into form for a while no, ever since the sacking of Jose Mourhino the blues have been steadily improving. Oscar, Diego Costa and Eden Hazard have come back to life although Hazard is now injured and will likely miss this game. Diego Costa and Oscar are supposed to have had a bust up in training midweek, while some think that's a bad sign I generally see it as a good thing. I think both players care about their form and how the team is doing, Costa has started to score again and Oscar has been Chelsea's best player in their last three games. Willian though has been the star this season and I think Chelsea will be lookng at the FA Cup as a real chance for some silverware this season. Funnily enough the last time Hiddink came in as interim Manager with Chelsea they won the FA Cup and I think history may well repeat itself here.
Scunthorpe lie in sixteenth in the League one table but are actually playing pretty well at the moment. Scunthorpe have only lost one of their last seven games and only lost one of their last six away games. Of course their opponents on Sunday will be the Premier League champions, ok Chelsea are having a poor season but the gap between the two teams is extreme, two divisions and Chelsea were the top team in the country last season. Paddy Madden will be the key man for Scunthorpe up front and the irish striker is having a good season with eleven goals in twenty five games and will look to test himself against John Terry and Gary Cahill.
I think Gus Hiddink and his Chelsea side here will excel against Scunthorpe, Chelsea have been coming good in each game they've played. The shackles are off for Oscar, Hazard, Willian and co and Diego Costa, they are going to win alot of games. I think they cover the handicap here tomorrow and win this one by three or more. Scunthorpe unfortunately are meeting Chelsea at the wrong time.
