Chelsea and Watford go head to head on Wednesday night and after the two played out a terrific 2-2 draw in Stamford Bridge all eyes will be on the return fixture in Vicarage Road. Watford have won three of their last five at home and three of their last five overall. The Hornets are in a good veing of form and continued their remarkable season last weekend with a good win in the FA Cup over a strong Nottingham Forrest team. Ighalo and Deeney have become one of the best partnerships in the league and Ighalo in particular has been massively impressive this season with fourteen goals this season he has had a terrific year and is very difficult to contain. I think that Watford will look at this game as a shot to nothing and as 10/3 outsiders at home I think the price is a little bit disrespectful this is a good team and they gave Chelsea plenty to worry about in the returning fixture.
Chelsea are starting to find some form under Gus Hiddink and there is no doubt that the players have a little bit of swagger about them at the moment. Oscar, Hazard, Fabregas and Costa are all looking like rejuvenated players under Hiddink and the team as a whole has played much better under the dutch man than Mourhino. Unbeaten since Mourhino left Chelsea are moving in the right direction up the table. This is a good squad of players but they are more suited to playing on the counter and they wont have theat opportunity here as Watford are also a counter attacking team and will set up to contain Chelsea as well.
This one should be a belter if it's half as good as the first game between the two then we are in for a treat. I'm going to take both teams to score here as I see this one being an open encounter that should be fun to watch.
