Premier League Preview's for Week 32 04/02/2016 Previews, Picks and Where to Watch
Premier League Week 32
TV: Bt Sport; Setant Sports; ESPN; Fox Sports; Bein Sports
Aston Villa vs Chelsea (07:45 ET)
The early kickoff on Saturday will see chelsea travel to Birmingham to take on managerless Aston Villa who are anchored to the bottom of the league table and just sacked Remi Garde. Tough to see anything but a comfortable Chelsea win here. Fabregas, Hazard, Costa and Willian will just have too much for a Villa defence that has been the worst in the Premier League this season.
Pick: Chelsea -1
West Ham vs Crystal Palace (10:00 ET)
High flying West Ham are just a point behind Manchester City in the race for the Champions League and currently West Ham are one of the inform teams in the league.West Ham are unbeaten at home in their last fourteen games and have now won four in a row at Upton Park. Slaven Bilic's men are among the form teams in the league and they face a Crystal Palace team that are really struggling at the moment. Alan Pardew added some firepower in Adebayor but the loss of Conor Wickham has hurt the eagles. The return of Bolasie and Cabaye will be strong additions for Palace though and I think that this one is not going to be as straight forward as the form suggests. I think both teams to score looks a decent play here and is where my money will be going.
Pick: Both teams to score
Bournemouth vs Manchester City (10:00 ET)
A struggling Manchester City will travel to the Vitality Stadium to take on A Bournemouth team that have won their last two home games and won three of their last four overall. Eddie Howe has done a good job saving Bournemouth from what looked like a certain relegation at one point. Afobe, Gradel and King can provide the goals for Bournemouth and given Manchester City's struggles on the road and the fact that Manchester City play PSG midweek I think this is a great spot to take the home underdog.
Pick: Bournemouth +1
Norwich City vs Newcastle United (10:00 ET)
A relegation six pointer from Carrow Road on Saturday as Newcastle are the visitors. Three points seperate Norwich City and Newcastle United but City have played a game more. A win for either on Satruday will dramatically change the face of the campaign for both teams. Can Norwich City build on their strong display and win against West Brom? Norwich have now put in back to back solid performances with a draw at home against Manchester City as well. Newcastle while still struggling were better against Sunderland and Leicester City. Rafa Benitez has had some time to work with his new team in the International break and this could be key for Newcastle United. I think Newcastle will be better because of the break and while I think that Norwich have momentum I am relying on gBeintez ability to make his team tough to beat here. Taking Newcastle +1 on the handicap here looks a solid play.
Pick: Newcastle +1
Stoke City vs Swansea City (10:00 ET)
A really intriguing game here will see two form teams go head to head at the Britannia. Swansea have won three of their last four to move ten points clear of the relegation places and are playing really well under new manager Guidolin who seems to have brought with him a belief. Sigurdsson, Gomis and Ayew have been excellent in their recent run and the Swans have been solid defensively. Stoke have had a great season themselves and a win here could move them to within a point of Manchester United and West Ham. Mark Hughes side have lost just one of their last six and have been impressive all season. Arnautovic, Bojan and Diouf have been excellent all season and I will expect them to test Swansea's defence with their pace and direct play.I think offensively Stoke should have just too much for Swansea and at better than evens Stoke look a great shout here.
Pick: Stoke to win
Arsenal vs Watford (10:00 ET)
It's all or nothing now for Arsenal they must win their remaining eight games and hope that Leicester and Tottenham fall apart. Arsenal have a tricky game here on Saturday against a Watford team who have already had a win at the Emirates in the FA Cup just two weeks ago. Ozil, Sanchez and Giroud must find a way to fire Arsenal to victory here to keep the pressure on Leicester and Tottenham. Watford with Deeney and Ighalo have a strike partnership that can hurt any team at any time. Arsenal's defence while solid at times struggled to deal with physical center forwards like Deeney. I think this will be a good game and we should see some chances for both sides. I'm going to take both teams to score in what hopefully will be an entertaining encounter.
Pick: Both teams to score
Sunderland vs West Bromwich Albion (10:00 ET)
A huge game for Sam Allardyce and Sunderland as they really need three points here. Tony Pulis and his West Bromwich Albion side have been very tough to beat this season and this will not be an easy game. But given that it is in the Stadium of Light and the fact that Sunderland actually played really well against Newcastle in the derby I am going to take Sunderland to get a vital win here.
Pick: Sunderland to win
