Poland play Northern Ireland in what will be the first game of Euro 2016 for both team. I think this is a game that will determine which team qualifies and which team ends up finishing last in the group. As a result, there will be a lot of pressure on both sides and the winner will be the team that can handle the occasion better.
Northern Ireland will feel quite confident going into this game since they have been unbeaten for quite some time now. That being said this is a whole new situation to them and it will be a lot tougher for them. This team has quality but no real star and it will be important that they play as a team if they are to get results in this tournament. That being said it will be a tough task for them in this game.
Poland will be led by their captain and key striker, Robert Lewandowski. Having a world class player like the Bayern Munich star will be a huge boost for this Polish side and I think in games such as this one, it will give them an edge. I have said before that Robert Lewandowski is my pick for the golden boot and sticking with that, I think he will score quite a few goals in this game. Poland have what it takes to win this game and I think with an inform Robert Lewandowski, they should take all three points.
As far as betting is concerned, we are getting a pretty good price on Poland to win and although it is less than 2.00, it happens too often for us not take the bet. An over 2.5 goals bet is also understandable since we are just such a good price on it.
