TV:

Andy Murray and Milos Raonic meet Sunday in the final of the 2016 Aegon Championships.

Andy Murray is coming off a three set win over Marin Cilic that took 28 games to decide. Murray has played nine sets in his last two matches but still seems to be in control as he’s playing his most consistent tennis in years. Murray has now won 15 of his last 16 matches with the only loss during that stretch coming to Novak Djokovic in the French Open. Murray is making little to no unforced errors, hitting his spots with confidence and moving as well as he has in the past. This continues to be Murray’s season, as he's on a tear right now. This is Murray’s fifth final appearance this season and he looks for his second title. Murray has won 20 of his last 23 matches on grass.

USA TODAY Sports

Milos Raonic is coming off a straight sets win over Bernard Tomic that took 20 games to decide. Raonic has won his last three matches in straight sets and continues to dominate his opponent with a strong service game. When Raonic is getting his first serve in play and dropping aces down the hatch, he’s capable of beating anybody in the world, as the 25-year-old has shown in the past. Raonic is picking up steam at the right time and is somebody to watch heading into the Wimbledon. This is Raonic’s third final appearance this season and he looks for his second title. Raonic has four wins this season over top-10 players. Raonic has won 13 of his last 16 matches on grass.

These two have met eight times in the past, and Murray has won five of those meetings. The most recent match was in this year's Monte Carlo Masters, a match Murray won in 14 games. Raonic’s last win over Murray came in the 2014 Indian Wells Masters, which means he’s lost four straight matches. This will be the first time they play on grass.

This is a hell of a final for the Aegon Championships, as it gets two top-10 players going at it. However, in Murray’s current form, I don’t bet against him. Murray is playing like he’s 24 again, and the only player hotter than him is obviously Djokovic. Other than that, Murray is steamrolling through competition and has that look in his eye.

Raonic will be competitive but Murray wins, as usual this season.
