WBC international heavyweight champions Dillian Whyte will defend his title at the O2 Arena in London. He will be challenged by Australia boxer, Lucas Browne, in what should be an intense and very physical fight.
Lucas Browne enters this fight with a record of 25 wins and no losses. The unbeaten Australian has won by knockout in 22 of his fights and he will look to continue that trend as he takes on Whyte. At the age of 38, this might be the last chance Browne has to be champions so I am expecting a very committed fight from the challenger. It is important to note that Browne was stripped of a title before due to a failed drug test. This will be a chance to rewrite his career disappointments.
On the other side of the ring, Dillian Whyte enters this battle having only lost once. The UK based fighter lost to Anthony Joshua but that should not be a negative since he is still a dominant fighter. Whyte is a much younger fighter compared to his challenger and it is expected that if this fight goes the distance, the champion will win. Whyte is an incredible fighter and although Browne is still unbeaten, I am expecting the champions to win in front of his home crowd.
As far as betting is concerned, I am suggesting that we wager on the outright result. We are getting a good enough price to bet on Whyte to win so that is the best bet. In addition to that, betting on this fight to go into the later rounds is also a good bet since I am expecting Whyte to show his force once the older Lucas Browne gets tired.
