The South Alabama Jaguars visit Veterans Memorial Stadium to tangle with the Troy Trojans.

Troy hasn't been the monster of the Sun Belt for the past several years and one has only to look at their past three games to see why. In three consecutive defeats, the Trojans have been out scored 141-72. For the mathematician in me, that means their defense is simply awful. A 38-31 defeat at Duke did nothing to disprove that statement, with both teams amassing over 500 yards of offense with Corey Robinson and the receiving corps doing their best to keep up on the scoreboard. Robinson has been the strength of this offense and was once again with 354 yards, two touchdowns and an interception with Bryan Holmes and Eric Thomas combining for 159 yards on 16 catches.
I think most people will be on Troy with their scoring ability, but this won't be easy if their defense can't get stops. For now, I'm on Troy, but I reserve the right to change...
