The Nevada Wolf Pack have looked like a dangerous squad thus far in 2014 and came within an eyelash of knocking off Boise State. The Broncos escaped MacKay Stadium with a 51-46 shootout victory and are probably happy not to see the always troublesome Wolf Pack for another year. Boise totaled 570 yards with three TO with Nevada countering with 462 yards with four killer picks. Cody Fajardo threw for 306 yards and three touchdowns but the mistakes hurt an otherwise great night. Fajardo added 71 yards and two scores on the ground with James Butler totaling 63 yards but Nevada didn't press the issue with the run game.
I wouldn't say Nevada is flying under the radar with some solid performances so I'm sure they have the attention of a pretty good Colorado State. Even though the Rams are on the road they are good enough to win this...
