The Washington Huskies and the Oregon State Beavers face off on Saturday in a Week 13 Pac-12 college football matchup.
The Washington Huskies have lost four of their last five games including a heart breaking last second loss last week against Arizona. The Washington offense is averaging 30.3 points and 377.6 yards per game and are guided by QB Cyler Miles who has completed 65.9 percent of his passes with 12 touchdowns and two interceptions. Lavon Coleman is Washington’s leading rusher but Dwayne Washington carried the load last week and Jaydon Mickens as 43 receptions to lead the UW receivers. The Huskies defense allows 26.5 points and 412.6 yards per game with 23 forced turnovers and 40 sacks. Danny Shelton has 82 tackles including 8.5 sacks, John TImu has 79 tackles, and Hau’oll Kikaha has 16.5 sacks. Washington appears to be just a rung below the better teams in the Pac-12.

The Oregon State Beavers have had a rough season but they ended their four game losing streak with a come from behind upset win over Arizona State. The Oregon State offense is averaging 27.6 points and 399.9 yards per game and is guided by QB Sean Mannion who has completed 63.3 percent of his passes with 12 touchdowns and seven interceptions. Terron Ward leads the Beavers in rushing with 696 yards and 10 touchdowns and Victor Bolden has 58 receptions to lead OSU In receiving. The Oregon State defense allows 29.5 points and 382.9 yards per game with 16 forced turnovers and 24 sacks. Ty Zimmerman has 75 tackles and Michael Doctor and D.J. Alexander each have 59 tackles. Oregon State is a win away from being bowl eligible.
Washington is 1-6 against the spread following a game that they covered the spread, 4-1 against the spread following a loss, and 3-7 against the spread on fieldturf. Oregon State is 1-4 against the spread in their last five Pac-12 games, 1-4 against the spread following a win, and 17-8-1 against the spread in their last 26 road games against a team with a winning home record. Oregon State has covered the point spread in eight of their last 10 games against Washington.
This seems like a lot of points for this one and I am going to take them with the Beavers.
