Knox and Markell Jones combined for 30 carries for 158 yards and 1 touchdown. DeAngelo Yancey and Cameron Posey were the leading receivers combining for 4 receptions 132 yards and 2 touchdowns. Virginia Tech is 5-13 against the spread in their last 18 road games. The Hokies are 1-4 against the spread in their last 5 games in September. Purdue is 1-4-1 against the spread in their last 6 games overall. Purdue is also 0-4 against the spread in their last 4 games after accumulating more than 450 yards in their previous game.
I can see this game going either way. I would proabably stay away from it but my gut is telling me to take Purdue and the points at home. Virginia Tech tends to struggle on the road. Take Purdue and the points.
