Notre Dame at Clemson - 10/3/15 College Football Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Clemson Tigers look to remain unbeaten and are coming off a bye week. Deshaun Watson is completing 74.4 percent of his passes for 641 yards, seven touchdowns and three interceptions. Watson has two or more touchdown passes in four straight games. Artavis Scott and Ray-Ray McCloud have combined for 301 receiving yards and two touchdowns while Charone Peake has seven receptions. The Clemson Tigers ground game is averaging 188 yards per contest, and Wayne Gallman leads the way with 310 yards and three touchdowns. Defensively, Clemson is allowing 12.3 points and 260.7 yards per game. B.J. Goodson leads the Tigers with 21 tackles, Shaq Lawson has 2.5 sacks and Jayron Kearse has two pass deflections. Ryan Norton is questionable.

The Fighting Irish are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 road games and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The Tigers are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 home games and 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games in October.

The Clemson Tigers have had an extra week to prepare for this game and is at home, a place Clemson hasn't lost since October of 2013. This is a different kind of test for Notre Dame, and I'm not sure the Irish are capable of getting the job done here.

Give me the Clemson Tigers in an outright victory.
