The Texas Longhorns could use a big road win after a rough 1-3 start to the season. Jerrod Heard is completing 60.7 percent of his passes for 613 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. Heard is currently 10th in the Big 12 in pass attempts. Daje Johnson and John Burt have combined for 382 receiving yards and one touchdown while Armanti Foreman has seven receptions. The Texas Longhorns ground game is averaging 166.5 yards per contest, and Heard leads the way with 295 yards and three touchdowns. Defensively, Texas is allowing 35.3 points and 483 yards per game. Peter Jinkens leads the Longhorns with 32 tackles, Dylan Haines has two interceptions and Malik Jefferson has five quarterback hurries. Kent Perkins is questionable.

The TCU Horned Frogs hope to remain unbeaten after a major scare last week against Texas Tech. Trevone Boykin is completing 64.7 percent of his passes for 1,470 yards, 14 touchdowns and three interceptions. Seth Russell and Cody Kessler are the only players with more touchdown passes than Boykin. Josh Doctson and Kolby Listenbee have combined for 795 receiving yards and eight touchdowns while Desmon White has 10 receptions. The TCU Horned Frogs ground game is averaging 235 yards per contest, and Aaron Green leads the way with 434 yards and six touchdowns. Defensively, TCU is allowing 28.3 points and 405.8 yards per game. Denzel Johnson leads the Horned Frogs with 27 tackles, Josh Carraway has 2.5 sacks and Nick Orr has four pass deflections. Terrell Lathan is questionable.

TCU beat he breaks off of the Longhorns last season, and that game was in Austin. I've said it before; the Horned Frogs are just a different team when playing at home. Yes, this is a lot of points to lay, but Texas plays little to no defense and was crushed by Notre Dame in its only other road game this season.
