Ohio State vs. Penn State - 10/17/15 College Football Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Ohio State Buckeyes look to remain unbeaten and pick up their fifth home victory of the season. Cardale Jones is completing 62.7 percent of his passes for 1,158 yards, seven touchdowns and five interceptions. Jones and J.T. Barrett have produced nine touchdown passes. Michael Thomas and Jalin Marshall have combined for 678 receiving yards and six touchdowns while Braxton Miller has 13 receptions. The Ohio State Buckeyes ground game is averaging 230 yards per contest, and Ezekiel Elliott leads the way with 835 yards and 10 touchdowns. Defensively, OSU is allowing 17.3 points and 300.2 yards per game. Raekwon McMillan leads the Buckeyes with 62 tackles, Tyquan Lewis has 5.5 sacks and Tyvis Powell has two interceptions. Mike Weber is questionable.

The Nittany Lions are 0-4-1 ATS in their last 5 road games and 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games after allowing less than 20 points in their previous game. The Buckeyes are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games after scoring more than 40 points in their previous game and 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The Nittany Lions are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 meetings in Ohio State.

Besides Virginia Tech, Penn State probably came the closest to beating Ohio State during last year's regular season. The Nittany Lions also have one of the better defenses in the country, which includes Nassib, who leads the country in sacks. You guys know I'm not down with the way the Buckeyes are playing this season and the only reason they're still the top team in the country is because they opened up the year at the top and still haven't loss.

As long as oddmakers are going to keep giving us a truckload of points, we're going to continue fading the Buckeyes.
