The Tulsa Golden Hurricane could use a win to get a game above .500 after losing three of their last four games. Dane Evans is completing 59.5 percent of his passes for 2,127 yards, 11 touchdowns and four interceptions. Evans has three touchdown passes in his last three games. Keyarris Garrett and Josh Atkinson have combined for 1,274 receiving yards and four touchdowns while Keevan Lucas has 26 receptions. Defensively, Tulsa is allowing 34.8 points and 525 yards per game. Michael Mudoh leads the Golden Hurricane with 72 tackles, Matt Linscott has 3.5 sacks and Kerwin Thomas has four pass deflections. D'Angelo Brewer and Ramadi Warren are questionable.
The Tigers are 1-6-1 ATS in their last 8 Friday games and 10-4-2 ATS in their last 16 road games. The Golden Hurricane are 4-1 ATS vs. a team with a winning record and 1-6-1 ATS in their last 8 home games. The Tigers are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 meetings.
This is a letdown spot for the Memphis Tigers who are coming off an upset victory over Ole Miss. Also, Tulsa can put up points with the best of them as we saw in the game against Oklahoma where the Golden Hurricane dropped 38. Memphis may win this game, but I see it being close, as teams in the AAC are going to give Memphis its best shot.
