After losing to Brigham Young the Boise State Broncos ripped off four straight dominant wins. However Utah State put an end to that run with a 52-26 win in week seven where the Aggies held a laughable 45-10 lead at the half. Both teams had an identical 333 yards but Boise lost five fumbles and were picked off three times. Quarterback Brett Rypian was subpar with 299 yards on 25-50 and three interceptions while Thomas Sperbeck caught six passes for 156 yard to pace the Broncos passing game. Boise State never got going on the ground with Kelsey Young needing 20 touches to gain 60 yards.
The under is 6-0 in Cowboys last 6 games after accumulating more than 200 yards rushing in their previous game and the Cowboys are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games in October while going 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games on fieldturf. The under is 4-0 in Broncos last 4 home games and the over is 4-0 in Broncos last 4 games after allowing more than 40 points in their previous game while the Broncos are 8-1 ATS in their last 9 games following a S.U. loss. The road team is 5-1 ATS in their last 6 meetings and the favorite is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 meetings while the Cowboys are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 meetings. Do what you will here but I don’t think Boise State is an elite squad and I don’t care to bet them…
