Boston College will host the North Carolina State Wolfpack this weekend.
Boston College has hit a rough patch in their season losing 5 games in a row, their last coming against Virginia Tech 26-10. Quarterback John Fadule went 8/20 for 143 yards with no touchdowns and one interception. Fadule added 15 carries for 53 yards on the ground. Running back Myles Willis could not find anything going carrying the ball 10 times for only 11 yards. Wide Receiver Tyler Rouse led the Eagles with 2 catches for 53 yards and no touchdowns. Receiver Charlie Callinan also added 2 catches for 43 yards. Boston College is in a bit of a slump and will need to get ready for the Wolf pack this weekend.

North Carolina State is coming off of a rough loss to Clemson 56-41. They kept in the whole game with Clemson but fell short of the upset. Quarterback Jacoby Brissett played one of the best games of his career completing 24 of his 41 passes for 254 yards and 3 touchdowns. Brissett also added a rushing touchdown. Running back Matthew Dayes carries the ball 9 times for 72 yards and no touchdowns. Jaylen Samuels also added 65 rushing yards and 1 touchdown. Samuels also caught 8 passes for 74 yards and 1 touchdown. Wide Receiver David J. Grinnage led the Wolfpack with 7 catches for 82 yards and 1 touchdown. NC State has been playing competitive football and will be ready for Boston College this weekend.
NC State is 5-0 against the spread in their last 5 games on field turf. The Wolfpack are 1-5 against the spread in their last 6 games after allowing more than 40 points in their previous game. Boston College is 4-0-1 against the spread in their last 5 games following a double-digit loss at home. The Eagles are 0-3-1 against the spread in their last 4 home games.
Boston College has lost 5 games in a row and are playing poor football. NC State has lost a couple but have been competitive. Boston College has a great defense at home but my worry is their lack of an offense. Il take NC State to cover this small spread on the road.
