The Purdue Boilermakers and Northwestern Wildcats meet Saturday afternoon at Ryan Field.

The Purdue Boilermakers are looking for just their second road win since the 2013 season. David Blough is completing 57.6 percent of his passes for 1,278 yards, nine touchdowns and seven interceptions. Blough has five touchdown passes in his last two games. DeAngelo Yancey and Danny Anthrop have combined for 786 receiving yards and seven touchdowns while Cameron Posey has 14 receptions. The Purdue Boilermakers ground game is averaging 135.1 yards per contest, and Markell Jones leads the way with 634 yards and seven touchdowns. Defensively, Purdue is allowing 35.9 points and 452.4 yards per game. Leroy Clark leads the Boilermakers with 62 tackles, Anthony Brown has four interceptions and Evan Panfil has four sacks. Chazmyn Turner, D.J. Knox and Ra'Zahn Howard are questionable.

Northwestern vs. Purdue - 11/14/15 College Football Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Northwestern Wildcats look for a big win after splitting their last four games. Clayton Thorson is completing 53.1 percent of his passes for 1,177 yards, six touchdowns and five interceptions. Thorson is questionable with a lower-body injury. Dan Vitale and Christian Jones have combined for 531 receiving yards and five touchdowns while Austin Carr has eight receptions. The Northwestern Wildcats ground game is averaging 190.6 yards per contest, and Justin Jackson leads the way with 917 yards and one touchdown. Defensively, Northwestern is allowing 18 points and 316 yards per game. Anthony Walker leads the Wildcats with 77 tackles, Matthew Harris has three interceptions and Deonte Gibson has six sacks. Shane Mertz, Austin Carr and C.J. Robbins are questionable.

The Boilermakers are 0-4-2 ATS in their last 6 games in November and 6-2-1 ATS vs. a team with a winning record. The Wildcats are 4-1 ATS vs. a team with a losing record and 9-4 ATS in their last 13 games overall. The Boilermakers are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 meetings in Northwestern.

It's no question that Purdue is one of the worst teams in the Big Ten, and Northwestern is an elite defensive team. However, the Wildcats struggle to score against just about everybody. Northwestern doesn't win pretty and certainly isn't used to blowing teams out. Because of that, I'll take the Boilermakers and the two free touchdowns.
