Kansas State vs. Iowa State - 11/21/15 College Football Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Kansas State Wildcats need to win out in order to clinch a bowl spot this year. Joe Hubener is completing 46.9 percent of his passes for 1,403 yards, eight touchdowns and seven interceptions. Hubener has four passing touchdowns in his last three games. Kody Cook and Deante Burton have combined for 591 receiving yards and five touchdowns while Dominique Heath has 22 receptions. The Kansas State Wildcats ground game is averaging 164.6 yards per contest, and Charles Jones leads the way with 477 yards and three touchdowns. Defensively, Kansas State is allowing 32.4 points and 455.6 yards per game. Elijah Lee leads the Wildcats with 58 tackles, Marquel Bryant has 3.5 sacks and Morgan Burns has six pass deflections.

The Cyclones are 1-4-1 ATS in their last 6 road games and 6-2 ATS vs. a team with a losing record. The Wildcats are 39-16-1 ATS in their last 56 conference games and 8-3 ATS in their last 11 home games. The home team is 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 meetings.

I think it's fair to say that Kansas State is the more talented team here. The Wildcats also still have a shot at a bowl game, something Bill Snyder and his staff take seriously as they continue to build KSU. I'll take the home team by a touchdown.
