Too often the Fresno State Bulldogs have had problems finding the end zone and keeping opponents out which is why their record stands at 3-8. The trends continued in a 52-10 defeat at Brigham Young in week 12. The Cougars took a 24-3 lead at the break and never let up on the way to 520 yards while limiting the Bulldogs to 275 yards and three turnovers. Fresno State needed a viable rushing attack to keep BYU off the field but Marteze Waller’s 47 yard, 18 carry effort was the best on the team. Quarterback Zach Greenlee couldn’t get the Bulldogs moving through the air with 125 yards and three interceptions on 14-41with Jamire Jordan catching eight balls for 54 yards.
The Rams are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games in November and are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall while going 4-1 ATS in their last 5 conference games. The over is 5-0 in Bulldogs last 5 games after allowing more than 450 total yards in their previous game and the Bulldogs are 0-6 ATS in their last 6 games after allowing more than 450 total yards in their previous game while going 0-4 ATS vs. a team with a winning record. The Rams are still plying for the postseason so I’ll back them…
