The Maryland Terrapins have a chance to win four straight games for the first time since the 2013 season. Perry Hills is completing 61.7 percent of his passes for 463 yards, three touchdowns and zero interceptions. Hills has three touchdown passes in his last three games. D.J. Moore and Teldrick Morgan have combined for 338 receiving yards and two touchdowns while DeAndre Lane has eight receptions. Defensively, Maryland is allowing 17 points and 365.3 yards per game. Shane Cockerille leads the Terrapins with 25 tackles, Jesse Aniebonam has 2.5 sacks and JC Jackson has one interception.
The Boilermakers are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 road games and 4-10-1 ATS in their last 15 games following a bye week. The Terrapins are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 conference games and 4-1 ATS vs. a team with a winning record.
Maryland has had an extra week to prepare for this game and Purdue has yet to prove it can take its improved play on the road. I'm not 100 percent sold on the Terrapins, but they do have more talent than the Boilermakers and the extra week advantage should pay off big time. Purdue has also lost eight straight games on the road.
Give me Maryland to win this game by double digits.
