The Penn State Nittany Lions and Purdue Boilermakers play a Big Ten college football game Saturday afternoon at Ross-Ade Stadium.

The Penn State Nittany Lions look to win their fourth straight game while building on their upset over the Ohio State Buckeyes. McSorley has one touchdown pass in five of his last six games. Chris Godwin and DeAndre Thompkins have combined for 692 receiving yards and four touchdowns while Mike Gesicki has 27 receptions. Marcus Allen leads the Penn State Nittany Lions with 64 tackles, Garrett Sickels has five sacks and John Reid has one interception.

The Purdue Boilermakers would love an upset home victory to get back to a .500 record. The Purdue Boilermakers have not beat a ranked team since their 2011 win over the Illinois Fighting Illini. The Nittany Lions are 3-14-2 ATS in their last 19 road games and 3-7-1 ATS in their last 11 games overall. The Boilermakers are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 home games and 9-3 ATS in their last 12 games in October. The Nittany Lions are 4-1-1 ATS in their last 6 meetings in Purdue and 9-3-1 ATS in their last 13 meetings overall.

The bettors have moved this line quite a bit and are clearly drinking the Penn State kool aid after beating Ohio State. However, let's not get carried away just yet. Yes, beating the Buckeyes is a great accomplishment, but Penn State is a team that still struggled with Minnesota at home and got beat up by Michigan. It's also a lot more difficult to get up for a road game at Purdue than to show up for a primetime game against a championship contender in Ohio State. Also, Purdue played inspired football last week against Nebraska and seems to have rallied around the firing of head coach Darrell Hazell.

I'll take my two touchdowns with Purdue at home.
