Purdue vs. Wisconsin - 11/19/16 College Football Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Purdue Boilermakers could use a big home victory to snap a rough five-game losing streak. The Purdue Boilermakers haven’t beat a ranked team since their 2011 win over the Illinois Fighting Illini. David Blough is completing 58.1 percent of his passes for 2,921 yards, 21 touchdowns and 16 interceptions. Blough has two or more touchdown passes in four of his last five games. DeAngelo Yancey and Bilal Marshall have combined for 1,142 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns while Domonique Young has 29 receptions. The Purdue Boilermakers ground game is averaging 104.1 yards per contest, and Markell Jones leads the way with 551 yards and three touchdowns. Defensively, Purdue is allowing 38.4 points and 466.9 yards per game. Markus Bailey leads the Purdue Boilermakers with 80 tackles, Evan Panfil has five sacks and Josh Hayes has one interception.

The Badgers are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 road games and 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games overall. The Boilermakers are 9-23 ATS in their last 32 home games and 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games following a ATS loss. The Badgers are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 meetings in Purdue and 9-1 ATS in their last 10 meetings overall.

I don't like laying this much chalk in the last home game of the season, as Purdue's seniors will be playing hard and the rest of the team will play hard for them. However, the Wisconsin Badgers have shown to be downright legit and they've had terrific success on the road. Meanwhile, Purdue is simply not a good football team and hasn't improved since firing its coach. Add the fact Wisconsin still has a shot to get into the playoffs and the Badgers should win this thing by four touchdowns. Purdue is that bad.
