The Hurricanes are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 neutral site games, 1-5 ATS in their last 6 conference games and 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games overall. The Tigers are 9-1 ATS in their last 10 neutral site games, 1-3-1 ATS in their last 5 conference games and 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The Hurricanes are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 meetings, the road team is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 meetings and the over is 4-0 in the last 4 meetings.
I gave Miami a real chance to win this game outright before Herndon and Richards were ruled out for the season with injuries. The Hurricanes are now without two of their top three receivers, Rosier is coming off the worst game of his career and that's with playing one of the top defenses in the country. It's going to be tough for the Hurricanes to find offensive success. With that said, Kelly Bryant isn't exactly a difference maker at the quarterback position, so Miami should be able to get stops defensively as well. This game could come down to who makes less mistakes, and while I'm not as high on Miami as I was last week thanks to injuries, I'll still side with the points. The Hurricanes defense is too good to allow a blowout.
