The Coastal Carolina Chanticleers welcome the Campbell Fighting Camels to town in week three college football.
The Campbell Fighting Camels turned to their defense in downing Georgetown 13-8 to improve to 2-0. Campbell trailed 6-3 at the half but kept the Hoyas offense off the scoreboard over the final two quarters.

Fighting Camels quarterback Daniel Smith was an efficient 18-28 for 211 yards with a touchdown and interception. Caleb Snead led the Campbell receiving corps with three catches for 98 yards and a touchdown while Rocky Reid ran for 115 yards on 29 carries.
The Coastal Carolina Chanticleers were humbled in their opener at South Carolina but rebounded to defeat UAB 47-24 as an 8.5 point underdog. Coastal Carolina edged out a 463-435 yardage advantage behind a ground game that totaled nearly 300 yards.
Chanticleers quarterback Kilton Anderson completed 11-18 for 167 yards and a pair of interceptions with no turnovers. Ky’Jon Tyler led Coastal Carolina with three catches for 63 yards while Marcus Outlow rumbled for 140 yards on 20 touches and a pair of trips to the end zone. Torrance Marable gave the Chanticleers another 80 yards on seven totes with two scores while snagging a 29 yard scoring pass.
