Chris Robison is completing 64.7 percent of his passes for 923 yards, five touchdowns and five interceptions. Robison enters this game with 119 career pass attempts under his belt. Jovon Durante and Tavaris Harrison have combined for 530 receiving yards and two touchdowns while Willie Wright has 18 receptions. The Florida Atlantic Owls ground game is averaging 220.5 yards per contest, and Devin Singletary leads the way with 341 yards and 10 touchdowns. The Owls are 7-2 ATS in their last 9 conference games, 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games in September and 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games overall. The Blue Raiders are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 home games, 7-2 ATS in their last 9 games following a ATS loss and 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games on turf. The Owls are 2-7 ATS in their last 9 meetings and the favorite is 7-1 ATS in their last 8 meetings.

FAU has played two really good football teams out of the gate and hung around with UCF last week. FAU seems to be getting comfortable on the offensive end, especially  Singletary, who currently leads the country with 10 rushing touchdowns. The Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders hasn't had any breaks in their schedule either, having to play two road games against SEC teams and having serious issues offensively in both games. We're going to learn a lot from both of these teams at the end of this one. I'm giving FAU the edge here, as I like the progress the Owls offense has made and Singletary torched MTSU last year with 133 rushing yards and four touchdowns. The Florida Atlantic Owls are 8-4 ATS in their last 12 games when favored by at least three points. The Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games when an underdog of at least three points. Lane Kiffin should be able to do enough to get FAU back on track.
