The Scarlet Knights are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 conference games, 0-4 ATS in their last 4 road games and 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games overall. The Badgers are 8-0-1 ATS in their last 9 games in November, 1-5 ATS in their last 6 home games and 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games overall. The over is 4-1 in Badgers last 5 games overall and the under is 4-1 in Scarlet Knights last 5 road games.
The Wisconsin Badgers have been horrible over the years when it comes to covering big numbers. In fact, Wisconsin is just 1-4 ATS this season alone when a double-digit favorite. However, the Rutgers Scarlet Knights remain a joke of a football program and haven't been much better at covering numbers, and they're an underdog pretty much every week. Rutgers has failed to cover four of its last six games as a double-digit underdog. I'm not trying to lay big chalk with a Wisconsin team that has a habit of playing games close to the vest, but I fade Rutgers often, especially on the road or against good teams. So, while there's better games on the card, if forced to pick, I'll side with the Badgers in a blowout. Rutgers is just a joke.
