The South Florida Bulls and Temple Owls meet Saturday in week 7 college football action at Lincoln Financial Field.

The South Florida Bulls need a feel good victory here to snap a three-game losing streak. The South Florida Bulls have lost five of their last seven road games. Jordan McCloud is completing 66.3 percent of his passes for 567 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions. McCloud has zero touchdown passes in his last three games. Latrell Williams and DeVontres Dukes combined for 298 receiving yards and one touchdown while Mitchell Brinkman has eight receptions. The South Florida Bulls ground game is averaging 145.7 yards per contest, and Johnny Ford leads the way with 197 yards and three touchdowns. Defensively, South Florida is allowing 32.5 points and 369.5 yards per game. Nick Roberts leads the South Florida Bulls with 31 tackles, Antonio Grier has three sacks and Mekhi LaPointe has one interception.

The Temple Owls look for a win to prevent their second 0-2 start in the last three years. The Temple Owls have won six of their last seven home games. Anthony Russo is completing 70 percent of his passes for 206 yards, one touchdown and one interception. Russo has one or less touchdown passes in five of his last eight games. Branden Mack and David Martin-Robinson have combined for 152 receiving yards and one touchdown while Randle Jones has four receptions. The Bulls are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games in October, 7-16 ATS in their last 23 conference games and 4-1 ATS vs. a team with a losing record. The Owls are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games as a home favorite, 7-2 ATS vs. a team with a losing record and 35-17 ATS in their last 52 games overall. The under is 6-2 in Bulls last 8 games overall. The over is 4-1 in Owls last 5 home games. The underdog is 5-1 ATS in their last 6 meetings.

The South Florida Bulls haven't had the easiest schedule in the world up to this point, but they did have a winnable game against East Carolina at home and couldn't get off the field defensively. The Temple Owls finally played their season opener last week, and while they lost as favorites to Navy, they didn't look good offensively and still had a chance to force overtime in that contest. With some of the rust knocked off and coming home, Temple should be in an improved spot. South Florida just doesn't look good, and this is a team that's had issues on the road dating back to last season.

Big number, but I'll lay it with Temple anyway.
