Liberty is 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games against a team with a losing record and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 road games while the over is 5-1 in their last 6 games as a road favorite. Syracuse is 7-3-1 ATS in their last 11 non-conference games and 8-2 ATS in their last 10 home games against a team with a winning road record while the over is 4-0 in their last 4 home games.
I get that it’s not often that you’ll see an independent favored against an ACC team, unless it’s normally Notre Dame or in this year’s case BYU, but the Orange have been terrible for much of the year, and that’s with their starting QB in DeVito under center. Now they have to take on a high-flying Liberty team that’s solid offensively and in a lot of facets the better team. Something may seem fishy about this line but if it’s a trap I’m biting. I’ll lay the points with Liberty here.
